This afternoon I came to the conclusion that the internet is definitely a major cause to me wasting time and getting nothing done. But it’s so frikkin’ entertaining! It’s my day off, I could have done laundry, groomed the dogs, caught up on reading, heck I could have even cleaned out the kids closets .. but instead I sat transfixed in front of the computer monitor watching something that cannot even be explained:
And there you have it – I am unarguably the easiest distracted person in the world,
with the attention span of an eggplant I’m sure.
But on a more book-related note, remember a few weeks back I had made up a blog award called the Well Worth Watching Award? Well, the uber-cool Lenore took this idea one step further and created an event on her blog where she will be interviewing bloggers in a Well Worth Watching Profile And she chose me to be her first guinea pig. Check out the link here to see our Q&A’s Thanks again Lenore, it was lots of fun (she’s a great interviewer)

Aw, gee, how did you know I was looking to part with a few of my brain cells? The badger video has real trainwreck quality to it - the "I'm not sure why I'm watching this, but I can't seem to look away" factor, you know. Hard to believe there are people out there actually *making* this stuff. LOL!
The Pulp Fiction trailer is hilarious! Too funny. Thanks for that.
Those were great.
I am loving the Pulp Fiction Muppet-style video !! How fun is that??
And yes, the internet is a complete and utter time-suck!!
Daniel loved the badger video. He wouldn't let me turn it off.
Ooooooooo...k. That badger video is bizarre. I have "mushroom, mushroom" stuck in my head now.
My four year old couldn't even take that badger video. She said "what's with the snake?" and then "what's up with that mushroom?" and then "does this do anything else?" so we skipped to the end. Nope. Nothing else. I can't imagine who made that thing!
Oh I LOVE that badger video. I have no idea why since it's so stupid. If you're interested in more silly and stupid videos, as long as you don't mind adult only innuendo and subject matter, email me and I'll give you a link. callista83 AT cogeco DOT ca
I am thankful I was able to turn off that badger vid w/in 20 secs. Reminds me of the time I was flipping channels and found the teletubbies. I was curious since I didn't really have any idea what they were. 25 minutes went by unnoticed - I was in some kind of evil trance!
Oh lordy! Youtube is a bottomless pit for me. I get sucked in at the drop of a hat. LOVE those badgers!
You are definitely a gal after my own heart! The first one is, of course, a drug cartoon. 'Shroom's, anyone?
"Menomena" is one of my ringtones. It's so much fun!
Wow--I absolutely have no words. :) Although, I've got badgerbadgerbadgerbadgerMUSHROOM playing in the background while I type my comment. We had an ice storm last night, so I'm just now headed to work--and what did I do this morning with my 6 hours of ME time? Nothing. Geez.
lol! Well, I can't blame you. Those badgers are strangely hypnotic.
MUSHROOM!
Argh! Even seeing the pink cow-thingies put that song in my head!! Thanks a bunch! lol

Not really appropriate Muppet behavior...but still damn funny!
Omg. I haven't heard that badger thing in years! I think I watched it when it first came out! Too funny!
This kind of thing happens to me, too! I'm glad I'm not alone ...
