Just today someone was asking for a copy of Dewey’s review questionnaire, I used this a lot since I’ve been reviewing and had saved a copy. If anyone is looking for it I have uploaded it to my google documents. Feel free to use it, pass it along, or edit for your own use – but please keep in mind that Dewey was the original creator of this questionnaire. Joanne, I thought I'd let you (and everyone else) know something that Chris recently pointed out and that I hadn't realized: if you subscribe to Dewey's blog, you can still access all her posts on Google Reader. I'm guessing Google has them cached or something.
